Cancellation Policy – Big Panda Yachts

This policy outlines booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling terms for all reservations made with Big Panda Yachts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Please review these terms carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Reservation Changes

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the requested modification.

2. Cancellation Policy

• All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the trip are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding deposit).
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the trip are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
• All rescheduling is subject to availability.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation policy applies.

4. No-Show & Missed Trips

• Failure to notify cancellation will result in no refund.
• Missing your scheduled trip (no-show) will result in full charge with no refund.

5. Cancellations by Big Panda Yachts

We reserve the right to cancel or modify trips due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Bad weather or unsafe sea conditions
• Mechanical or technical issues
• Coast Guard restrictions
• Government regulations or legal requirements

In such cases:

• You will be offered a rescheduled trip.
• If you decline, a full refund will be issued.

6. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
• If the reserved service becomes unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative.
• If the alternative is declined, a full refund will be provided.
