Terms & Conditions – Big Panda Yachts

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Big Panda Yachts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Our Mission

At Big Panda Yachts, our mission is to deliver a premium yacht rental and water sports experience that combines luxury, safety, and unforgettable moments on the sea.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking our services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform or services.

3. Definitions

• Big Panda Yachts: Refers to our brand, website, and all services provided.
• Client / Customer: Any individual or entity booking or using our services.
• Services: Yacht rental, sea cruises, water sports, and all related offerings.

4. Booking & Payment

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information during booking.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment and official confirmation.
• Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards (Visa & MasterCard) in AED.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the trip may be eligible for partial refund (excluding deposit).
• Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable.

6. Required Documents

• All guests must present valid original identification (Passport or Emirates ID).
• Failure to provide documents may result in denied boarding without refund.

7. Safety & Conduct

• All guests must follow crew instructions at all times.
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited onboard.
• Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may lead to trip termination without refund.

8. Liability & Damages

Big Panda Yachts is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions. Clients are fully responsible for any damage caused due to negligence or misuse and will be charged accordingly.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Big Panda Yachts. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

11. Amendments

Big Panda Yachts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
